Cancellation Policy

Please note: Active student subscriptions for Peak AI cannot be cancelled, paused, or suspended mid-term. There are no pro-rata refunds for unused subscription periods.

1. Subscription Period & Cancellation

When a payment is processed successfully and verified by the system through our payment gateway, the linked student account is granted premium access to Peak AI's chatbot, evaluations, and assignments for the academic year.

Because the subscription terms are fixed on an annual basis, we do not support mid-term cancellations. The subscription will remain active and available for student use until the end of its 1-year validity period, regardless of user activity levels.

2. Expiry & Non-Renewal Flow

We do not charge recurring subscriptions or implement auto-renewal systems. You will never be charged automatically at the end of the year.

At the end of your 365-day subscription cycle, your access to premium doubt-solving, question bank templates, and detailed analytics will simply expire. To continue using the platform, you must manually initiate a new annual payment.

If you do not wish to continue using Peak AI after the subscription expires, no action is required on your part. The student account will naturally revert to a suspended/non-paid status with no additional fees or penalties.

3. Administrative Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend a user's subscription immediately and without notice in the following cases of abuse or policy violations:

  • Device Limit Abuse: Actively sharing accounts to exceed the limit of 2 devices per student profile.
  • Data Scraping & Mining: Attempting to crawl, scrape, or extract question banks, textbook data, or chatbot logs.
  • AI Engine Abuse: Submitting malicious, harmful, or non-educational content to the doubts chatbot.

In cases of administrative cancellation due to terms violations, the user is not entitled to any refund or compensation.
