Peak AI is a cloud-based educational software service. We do not dispatch any physical items, CDs, workbooks, or textbooks to physical addresses. All learning tools, doubt-solving chats, performance analytics, and practice exams are delivered electronically within our web application.
1. Delivery & Activation Timeline
Access to Peak AI premium revision tools is delivered according to the following process:
- Student Registration: The parent registers and maps the student profile details under their Parent Dashboard.
- Online Payment: The parent initiates and completes the online transaction via the integrated Razorpay payment gateway inside the dashboard.
- Automated Verification: Our server receives the successful payment webhook callback directly from Razorpay (no receipt uploading is required).
- Activation SLA: The subscription is processed and fully activated within 24 hours of successful transaction verification, granting instant login access to the student profile.
2. Delivery Cost & Scope
- Shipping Cost: Since all delivery is purely digital and handled via our web servers, there are zero shipping, handling, or convenience fees charged. The ₹6,000 annual subscription is the final amount payable.
3. Verification Delays & Support
If your payment completed successfully on Razorpay but the student profile remains inactive after 24 hours, please:
- Check your payment method statement to verify the transaction was successfully debited.
- Locate your Razorpay Payment ID or Transaction reference code from the receipt email.
To report activation delays, please email 2peak@peakai4me.com or send a WhatsApp/voice message to +91 8179406152 with your registered parent email and the Razorpay reference ID. Our support team will verify and activate the dashboard manually.
