- 1. Instant Online Payments:All subscription payments are processed securely online through our integrated payment partner Razorpay. You can pay instantly using UPI, credit/debit cards, or net banking.
- 2. Automated Flow (No Receipts Required):You no longer need to email or upload transaction screenshots manually. Once your payment is completed successfully via Razorpay, our system receives the callback instantly to initiate activation.
- 3. Activation SLA:Your subscription is validated and fully activated within 24 hours after successful transaction processing, enabling immediate access to learning dashboards.
- 4. Plan Scope:Subscriptions are managed at the School or Parent dashboard levels. Each premium student profile requires an active subscription, valid for 1 full year.

How do I purchase access for my children?
Parents can sign up, create or link their student profiles, and trigger the subscription payment flow via Razorpay inside their Parent Dashboard.
Can I cancel my plan or ask for a refund?
No. Because our educational tools, revision plans, and chatbot features are digital services that unlock immediately upon payment approval, we do not offer cancellations or refunds.
