Important Notice: By creating an account, registering for services, or authorizing payments on Peak AI (accessible via our site or application), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Offered

Peak AI (the "Platform", operated by "PEAKAI EDUCATION PRIVATE LIMITED", "we", "us", "our") is an online AI-powered revision partner designed to assist students with board exam preparation.

Our service includes instant academic doubts resolution through our interactive AI chat agent, study goals tracking, performance analytics (identifying strong, moderate, and weak learning areas), board-level practice question papers, assignment generation, and curated educational resources.

Access to student profiles, performance summaries, and analytics is managed through school accounts or linked parent dashboards.

2. User Accounts & Registration

To utilize Peak AI, you must register as a Student, Teacher, or Parent:

Students: Register by selecting their school, grade, and section. They receive access to learning modules, test generators, and the doubts chatbot under their parent or school's subscription.
Teachers: Access is provided to evaluate student performance, view statistics, log attendance, and manage assignment blueprints.
Parents: Access is provided to subscribe student profiles, manage billings, and monitor linked student performance.

You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete registration details. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and secure. You agree not to share your account or devices with others. We reserve the right to suspend or block accounts suspected of credentials-sharing or abuse.

3. Subscription Pricing & Payments

Access to Peak AI premium revision and chatbot tools requires an active annual subscription of ₹6,000 per student per year (inclusive of all applicable taxes).

Billing Flow: All payments are processed securely online through our integrated payment partner Razorpay (UPI, credit/debit card, netbanking). There is no manual upload of payment receipts or transaction screenshots. Once Razorpay confirms transaction completion, our system triggers account activation automatically.

Subscribed access remains valid for 365 days from activation. We do not auto-renew subscriptions. There are no recurring auto-debit payments. At the end of the 1-year validity period, access is reverted to a suspended state unless renewed manually.

4. Strict No-Refunds & No-Cancellations Policies

Because Peak AI is a digital software service providing immediate, unrestricted access to educational analytics, chatbots, and revision materials upon subscription activation, the following strict legal policies apply:

All Sales Are Final: Once a payment is processed successfully and access is unlocked, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
No Cancellations: You cannot cancel your active student subscription mid-term for a partial or pro-rata refund. The subscription remains active for the full 1-year term.
No Physical Delivery: This is a 100% digital service. No shipping fees, physical handling, or physical shipping policies apply.

5. Appropriate Educational Use

You agree to use Peak AI responsibly and solely for legitimate academic and educational learning. You must not:

Use the AI doubt-solver to generate abusive, harmful, or inappropriate content.
Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute our database, questions, blueprints, or chatbot backend logic.
Circumvent account limits, device restrictions (maximum 2 devices), or security tokens.

Violations of appropriate conduct may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access without refund.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Peak AI is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive to ensure the absolute accuracy of our learning database and AI models, we cannot guarantee that AI explanations will be error-free or that specific board exam questions will match our revision templates.

We do not guarantee specific academic marks, grade increases, or score improvements. Academic outcomes depend on the student's individual study habits, effort, and actual performance in official school examinations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PEAKAI EDUCATION PRIVATE LIMITED and its representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform. Our cumulative liability for any claim shall not exceed the subscription fee you paid to us.

7. Governing Law, Address & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal actions, disputes, or claims arising from your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
