2. Data We Collect
We collect information that you or your school provides during signup, profile edits, and platform usage. Here is a breakdown:

Usage & Interaction Data:
- Chat History: Academic messages, queries, and questions you send to our AI doubt-solver. These are saved to allow continuing previous discussions.
- Academic Data: Exam marks, question-wise evaluation remarks, practice history, and attendance records submitted by teachers or schools.
- Payment Records: Transaction reference codes and billing details provided by Razorpay to verify and authorize student subscriptions.
3. Data We Do NOT Collect
We maintain a policy of minimal data collection:
- We do not store credit card credentials, bank passwords, or UPI PINs. All billing is handled directly through Razorpay which is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant.
- We do not collect sensitive government IDs like PAN, Aadhaar, or biometric data.
- We do not track your location via GPS coordinates. IP locations are resolved to a generic city/region level only.
4. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or trade student data to third-party marketing companies, advertisers, or data brokers. Data sharing is limited to:
- Schools & Educators: Teachers from your designated school can access student grades, attendance, and analytics.
- Parents: Linked parents can view their children's report cards and revision history.
- Service Providers: Encrypted file storage (Google Cloud Storage) for user media assets, Razorpay for payment validation, and transactional email clients (SendGrid) for system notifications.
5. Your Rights (DPDP Act, 2023)
Under India's DPDP Act, 2023, you are the Data Principal and hold specific rights:
Right to Access
Request a summary of the personal data we hold and how we use/process it.
Right to Correction
Request correction or completion of inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete details.
Right to Erasure
Request that we delete your personal data when no longer needed for active services.
Right to Withdraw Consent
